Return Policy
1. General conditions for Returns
- You'd still want the item but require a replacement
- within 14 days of receipt of items
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Certain types of items are exempt
from being returned. Please refer below
- To validate your return, a receipt or proof
of purchase is required.
- Purchase returns to manufacturer or us without our prior consent or either parties' approval will not be entertained.
2. What type of items is not covered under return policy?
- Clearance items
- Built to order items
- Non-flatbed items i.e goods shipped
in built-up form
- Items containing fabric
- Damaged items resulted from misuse,
abuse, normal wear and tear
- Damaged items resulted from incorrect
self-assembly
- Labour, logistical or any reclaimable costs
if any involved to ensure product reaches our warehouse in the delivered condition.
3. Under what conditions can you file for a return?
- You are the intended receipient of
the purchase
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Faulty product received
4. Exchanges and Returns (if applicable)
- If your order type was “Pick-up from Store”, you may bring your items to any one of our physical stores to return/exchange them.
- If your order type was ”Deliver to my address”, you may mail your items
back to our warehouse (27 Penjuru Lane #02-01a s6019195)
via registered mail or alternatively arrange with us for collection. To note a non- negotiable shipping charge shall apply. Please check with us. We deserved the right to avail and exhaust ourselves of every available options in our feasible attempt of cost-recovery. The underlying basis
of our attempt would be upheld on our principle whereby customers deserve
better and to act in good faith to
our respected clients.
