Refund Policy
1. All sales proceeds are final.
- Customers are strongly advised to check their items before checkout to ensure the condition of the purchased item is acceptable to them.
- As not all items sold by Furnituresale.sg are brand new and sealed in their original condition, customers bear the sole responsibility of ensuring the condition of their purchased item is of an acceptable condition to them.
- Items purchased online are given detailed descriptions of their condition and assigned an appropriate status condition.
- Change of mind is strictly not accepted.
2. Refund Process (if applicable)
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately from our end.
- Depending on the bank's processing time, A refund takes up to 14 business days to be credited back to your original payment method.
3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card/debit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges and Returns (if applicable)
If your order type was “delivered”,we will collect your items to return/exchange them.
Then, please email the tracking number to support@furnituresale.sg.
