Exchange Policy
1. Exchanges Due to Product Damage
- All items sold are non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated. Exchanges are only allowed if the item is defective or damaged.
- Item must be within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
2. Exchanges Due to Product Damage During Delivery
- If during delivery, the product is damaged due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or replacement of the original item will be allowed.
- If the original item is no longer available, a similar item of equal value will be offered.
